The Canadian Stroke Network is founded upon partnerships that extend across many disciplines and sectors. We link diverse research expertise with industry, health-care practitioners, public stroke organizations, and policy-makers. The CSN could not exist without these collaborations, or without the generous support of its funding partners, such as the national and provincial Heart and Stroke Foundations.
